When we added a new provider, we thought that scheduling and onboarding would be the most significant challenges. Unbelievably, the actual delays became later. As we were investigating payment gaps and how to track them, physician credentialing services all of a sudden began to have a lot of sense since we understood how a single detail can put a stop to the entire process.
